How is your clothing manufactured?
The very first stage of clothing manufacturing is building out the specifications - these, otherwise known as tech packs, outline the requirements for each style during the manufacturing stages.
Thereafter, we will produce a sample for you to assess fabric, fit, feel and workmanship. This involves sourcing fabrics, pattern cutting and construction to showcase the product.
Once the sample is approved, the bulk process starts. This involves mass-manufacturing fabrics, trims and hardware and once it arrives to our warehouse, we will begin hand-stitching the garments one by one throughout our production line.
Each garment goes through a rigid four stage quality control process to minimise the chances of defective items making their way through to end-consumers. We also include additional measures such as final random inspections by independent organisations and laboratories like SGS, TUV, Intertek and many more*
Once the final production is completed, you'll receive a quality control sheet, outlining the outcomes of these checks and corresponding "QC Passed" stickers on garments.
*All orders are guaranteed to go through the four-stage-QC process, but independent final inspections are done at random on 1 in every 3 bulk orders. These checks use a standard criteria of ANSI/ASQ Z1.4 (ISO 2859-1) to conduct (AQL) sampling. If you'd like your order to be independently checked, this can be requested in the specification.
