Osten Golf
Osten are a Bristol based golf brand looking to merge the gap between contemporary golf wear and streetwear. Achieving this required a UK based clothing manufacturer to offer full process production and that's where we came in to assist.
Overview
Osten Golf approached us with nothing more than some basic sketches and a concept. They envisioned creating a brand which would merge the gap between high-end golf wear and streetwear and required a clothing supplier to assist with the production.
We helped Osten by offering both bespoke manufacturing and white label clothing services, to add depth to their collections quickly and provide an established look, whilst reducing the strain on cashflow and decreasing the risk of overstocking.

Getting The Ball Rolling
The focus of the first collection was to manufacture some bespoke staples which would set the tone for the brand. High-end cotton piqué was used alongside bespoke, two-tone panelling to provide unique, but practical staple set of garments for the first collection.
Building Out The Collections
Osten had now proved their concept, but didn't want to overcommit to larger bespoke runs, so instead opted for the white label solution to fill out their site with more styles, colours and branding options to gain invaluable customer data and insight into what they should develop for their next season.
Back To Basics
Utilising this data, we assisted in building out a second bespoke collection for Osten using a different colour-pallet for their SS22 collection. The same cotton piqué was used, on a different silhouette to deliver yet again, a practical but unique garment to the market.
Outcome
Osten has seen huge demand in Asia, more specifically, South Korea due to their unique designs and brand direction in an outdated and mundane industry. Since learning this, we can have discussed the possibility of managing global supply chains for them and allowing production to run straight from China into these countries, prepared for 3PLs to reduce their freight cost, improve margins and provide a better overall experience for the end-consumer.
Key achievements included:
- Producing 12 different styles (and counting)
- Utilising a low MOQ, fast turnaround service to add to their collections with minimal spend
- Producing custom pieces to create unique two-tone polos
